Orientation…
“The initial training that our MCOP program received from the MNSC's trainer, Tiffany Williams… gave our first 15-20 Mentor participants an opportunity to explore various ways of responding to their mentees. Our staff and Mentors found it very helpful to incorporate the communication skills she explored with our Mentors and staff during their first two training workshops; i.e.: "Foundations of Mentoring" and "Building a Successful Mentoring Relationship". More importantly, the MCOP program participants are extremely grateful for the confidence they gained from MNSC's excellent training to help fulfill their role as a Mentor. We applaud Mentoring Network of Stark County for their partnership support and the difference they are making in a child's life.”
